Job Summary
Marketing Specialist at GEDC with a hybrid in-office/remote schedule based in Southfield, MI. Responsible for supporting digital marketing initiatives across email, SMS, social media, SEO, and paid search; assisting with campaign deployment, tracking, and optimization; managing local marketing for multiple offices; coordinating with practice managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders; handling marketing operations, project management, content creation, and brand alignment; and collaborating across operations teams to drive patient engagement and local marketing success. Requires collaboration with vendors and internal teams, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-location healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of marketing experience with exposure to digital marketing, campaign execution, and project management
- Experience supporting multiple locations, franchises, or healthcare organizations preferred
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels including email/SMS marketing, social media, local SEO, and paid advertising
- Experience using marketing platforms such as HubSpot, WordPress, Birdeye, or similar systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-starter with strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and adaptability
