Job Summary
Support day-to-day marketing needs for assigned Grand Design models by coordinating campaigns, communications, and launch activities aligned with business objectives. Create engaging content across social, email, website, and video channels, translating product features into consumer benefits while maintaining brand consistency. Manage email deployments, newsletters, and owner communications, and assist with product launches, promotional events, and dealer training materials. Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams to execute go-to-market strategies and strengthen relationships with dealers and the owner community. This role offers hands-on exposure to brand management, PR, and influencer partnerships, providing a pathway to future leadership positions within the RV industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, business, or a related field preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across a variety of teams, personalities, and backgrounds
- Maturity and professionalism to comfortably interact with customers, owners, dealers, company leadership, and appear on camera when needed
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and willingness to learn
- A competitive mindset, strong work ethic, and desire to win as part of a team
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed for RV shows, owner rallies, dealer meetings, events, content production, product launches, and business priorities
- Must be comfortable spending time in a production environment as business needs require
- Role requires regular work in an office environment, including periods of sitting and standing
- Must be available to work in the office four days per week (Monday – Thursday) and on Fridays as needed
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to support events and business initiatives
Desired Qualifications
- Internship experience, campus leadership involvement, student organizations, or relevant hands-on experience strongly preferred
- Experience in the RV, outdoor, lifestyle, consumer products, or dealer-supported industries is helpful but not required
