Job Summary
Hands-on marketer to execute across content, social, digital campaigns, events, and PR. You will manage multi-channel campaigns, set up and optimize paid marketing (notably LinkedIn), run a publishing calendar, coordinate events from outreach to on-site delivery, collaborate with the Creative Director to produce assets and briefs, and support PR and earned media while maintaining brand consistency. The role requires 3 to 5 years in marketing or related fields, strong project management, excellent written/verbal communication, familiarity with analytics and marketing tools, and the ability to work at startup pace with independence and accountability. No defence background required; the team emphasizes hands-on execution and a fast, practical impact for Canada’s defence and sovereignty programs.
