Job Summary

Marketing Specialist who will support the delivery of integrated marketing activity across the organization, focusing on analyzing marketing performance data to drive improvements. Responsibilities include planning, executing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, paid and social channels; independently managing assigned activities; monitoring and interpreting performance data across campaigns, website, email and social platforms; preparing regular performance reports with insights and recommendations; optimizing campaign performance; executing digital marketing activities including paid media, organic, SEO, and retargeting; managing email campaigns and landing pages in HubSpot with list management, segmentation, personalization and tracking; planning, scheduling and publishing social media content; maintaining website content with basic SEO practices; collaborating with colleagues and external partners to ensure consistent branding and execution quality. Preferred qualifications include experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, Sitecore (a plus), Canva or Photoshop, Asana, email marketing, social media, SEO principles, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Required Qualifications

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Practical experience in marketing or digital marketing, with responsibility for executing campaigns or marketing activities.
  • Experience analyzing marketing performance data and using insights to inform decisions and improvements.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics and HubSpot. Experience with Sitecore is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools, such as Asana.
  • Experience supporting or managing email marketing campaigns, including basic segmentation and performance tracking.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and experience scheduling and monitoring content.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities and deliver tasks to deadlines.
