Job Summary
Marketing Specialist - Content & Growth role focusing on increasing reach and visibility through high-value marketing, communication content, and PR. Responsibilities include planning, writing, and managing weekly/monthly newsletters and other coffee-related content; designing visual and written content using Canva for social media, newsletters, blogs, and company website; updating social media presence and website; and analyzing entry into new product and geographical markets through research. Requires a degree in Business/Communications/Marketing, 1-2 years of market research and website management, Canva/content-creation experience, newsletters/blogs experience, a Canva portfolio, proficiency with major social platforms and MS Office, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business / Communications or Marketing related field
- 1-2 yrs of experience with Market research, and website management
- 1-2 yrs of working experience with Canva and other graphic design apps for designing and content creation
- Experience with Newsletters and Blogs
- Portfolio on Canva, Social Media Posts & Reels
- Proficient with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as a member alongside other teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate within the team
