Job Summary
Collaborate with sales professionals to execute marketing tasks for property campaigns, pitch materials, and business development efforts. Create, update, and distribute marketing materials—including offering memorandums, flyers, email campaigns, and signage—for office, retail, and industrial properties using PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite. Support proposal development by gathering content, organizing information, and designing customized presentations and graphics. Build and deploy email campaigns while tracking key engagement metrics and maintaining quality control across ongoing projects. Draft web and social content aligned with brand guidelines and stay current on commercial real estate marketing trends. This onsite role in Long Island, NY, supports Colliers' growth as an industry leader within a nimble, decentralized culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
- 3 years of experience in marketing or design roles
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and basic HTML
- Excellent visual design and layout judgment
- Strong writing, editing, and formatting skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a team
- Detail-oriented and highly organized in managing projects and assets
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
