Job Summary
Manage Brunel's digital presence across websites, social media, and advertising channels while conducting research and optimization. Create engaging content for digital and traditional mediums including email marketing, case studies, and internal communications. Coordinate recruitment campaigns, plan industry events and webinars, and contribute to marketing strategy and planning exercises. Apply SEO principles and brand fundamentals to systematically improve website performance. Work within a small, collaborative team to build relationships across levels while juggling competing priorities.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of full-time experience working in marketing, communications or a related discipline
- Strong eye for detail
- Passion for generating high-quality outputs
- Interest in continuing to grow and refine their skillset
- Focus on shared objectives
- Ability to build working relationships across a variety of levels
- Experience creating and publishing brand-relevant content for websites, digital accounts and other marketing materials
- Strong technical understanding of SEO principles, key leavers and relevant tools
- Familiarity with common software, digital tools, social media platforms, and the ability to adopt new systems as they become relevant
- Strong grasp of marketing fundamentals and how to consistently apply branding
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- An eye for detail and dedication to maintaining high-quality output at all times
- Strong organisation skills
- Ability to juggle competing priorities day-to-day
- A sound understanding of how AI can be used to improve work, without being dependent upon it
