Job Summary
Marketing Specialist at Baker Tilly Advisory Group responsible for marketing operations including budget management, invoice processing, and monthly reconciliation; produce internal marketing reports and communications; conduct research and support marketing initiatives; maintain SharePoint sites; support creative requests and social media content via Sprout Social; assist with proposals and website biography reviews for accuracy and brand alignment; coordinate headshots and brand governance; develop marketing materials and presentations for campaigns and events; perform annual accounting list submissions and reporting for industry publications; work with global teams across time zones while managing multiple projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing coordination or operations experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and social media management platforms
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams across multiple time zones while also working independently
- Ability to manage multiple marketing projects and requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Experience in B2B or professional services marketing preferred
