Job Summary
Entry-level Marketing Specialist B2B role focused on email campaigns, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and cross-functional collaboration to drive lead generation and growth. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing campaigns, supporting go-to-market efforts, analyzing campaign results and engagement, and assisting in presenting customer marketing initiatives across email, print, social, and e-commerce. Works under guidance of a Marketing Manager to manage assigned projects and contribute to overall marketing strategies and tactical plans; role becomes Hybrid after 3 months. Strong emphasis on collaboration with internal teams, data-driven decision making, and delivering growth for defined product lines.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years of professional marketing experience
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (traditional and digital)
- Experience in collateral development, marketing communications and overseeing digital channels (web/e-commerce, print, email, paid search, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, social, SMS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
