Job Summary
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for Turkey and Central Asia, overseeing integrated multi-touch campaigns to generate qualified leads for the sales pipeline. Lead the end-to-end management of physical and virtual events, partner shows, webinars, and digital programs while driving account-based marketing initiatives for strategic verticals. Plan and budget all regional marketing activities in collaboration with Product Marketing and Sales to ensure clear communication of product launches. Manage local public relations, media relations, and the Channel Partner Program, including co-marketing plans with distributors and key partners. Participate in quarterly reviews with local distributors to align on growth objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration/ or relevant field
- At least 5+ years of experience working in a similar role
- Experience working for an international company
- Experience working with project/event management and/or channel marketing
- Experience from B2B marketing with focus on developing a 360-degree marketing plan, including demand generation, end-customer marketing and ABM
- Experience from the IT or security industry
- Demonstrated strong stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Turkish and English
