Job Summary
Serve as the central intake point for talent marketing requests and field marketing support, connecting internal stakeholders with resources while managing approval routing for boosted job postings. Coordinate hiring event promotions and partner with the outsourced customer support team to address social media inquiries, review management, and escalated HR/ER tickets. Produce regular channel performance reports to track request volume and support data-driven decisions. Monitor reviews across Google My Business and Indeed platforms, identifying trends and escalating low-rated offices to operational leaders. Manage a centralized database of canned responses to ensure consistent customer interactions aligned with brand and legal guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns
- Experience with paid media, digital advertising, or programmatic platforms
- Previous recruiting, staffing or talent marketing experience
- Strong working knowledge of social media uses for brand reputation management
- Customer support and escalation management skills
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and leaders, providing recommendations, managing expectations and challenging requests when they don't align with business requirements or established processes
- Comfort with program reporting and analysis
- Process and intake management skills
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers
- Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced and high-stress environment
