Job Summary
Coordinate proposals, presentations, and marketing materials while managing client engagement activities and special event support. Produce high-quality proposals and maintain marketing data integrity to support business development efforts. Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment using Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud tools. This role supports a collaborative, creative team within a multi-discipline engineering firm that serves commercial, institutional, and government clients across the U.S. and overseas.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of marketing or proposal coordination experience, preferably in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work independently while remaining organized, adaptable, and responsive to team needs
- Experience coordinating proposals, presentations, marketing materials, and business development activities
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat
