Job Summary
Marketing Solutions Lead for Rare Disease in Canada (Oakville, Ontario) responsible for setting Canadian patient and financial ambitions, developing integrated brand and portfolio plans, and leading omnichannel marketing strategies across two products. Collaborates with cross-functional partners (sales, medical, finance, regulatory, PSP, supply chain) to drive market access, patient value, and business outcomes. Responsibilities include leading KOL engagement, shaping go-to-market strategies, monitoring financial/operational performance, deriving market insights from data, delivering high-impact marketing programs, guiding digital care transformation initiatives, and managing OPEX toward growth. Requires senior-level leadership, extensive pharma/rare disease experience, strong launch and market access capabilities, and ability to operate in a hybrid work environment with up to 20% travel. Fluency in English/French is an asset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, business or related field
- Minimum 10+ years in pharmaceutical industry with progressive experience
- Minimum 5+ years biopharma product leadership and launch experience on complex Rare Disease products
- Leadership experience in specialty/biologic commercial strategy and execution
- Deep understanding of market access environment for specialty/biologic or rare (preferred)
- Product launch experience required
- Specialty sales experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual (English/French) considered an asset
- Travel 15-20% required
