Job Summary
Manage and grow social media presence by editing short-form reels and match highlights using CapCut Pro or Descript, designing game announcements and sponsor content via Canva, and writing post captions and community messages. Schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook while maintaining brand voice consistency through direct community engagement. Plan monthly content calendars aligned with the game schedule and coordinate with the UAE-based videographer for match-day assets. Work closely with the UAE Business Owner and operations team, requiring availability for weekly syncs during UAE morning hours.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in social media / content role
- ideally for a sports, fitness, hospitality, or community brand
- Proven portfolio of short-form video and design output
- Fluent English
- strong written communication
- Ability to work independently across UAE and PH time zones
- must be available for weekly sync at UAE morning time
