Job Summary
Manage and grow social media accounts across multiple locations and platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels. Create, coordinate, schedule, and publish engaging content that highlights employees, customers, community involvement, projects, and company culture. Maintain a consistent brand voice while supporting marketing campaigns, promotions, and events. Monitor engagement and performance to recommend improvements and increase reach. Work closely with leadership and the sales team to support overall marketing goals. Stay current with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

- Self-motivated with the drive to take ownership and make the position grow
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies
- Comfortable creating and editing photos and videos for social media
- Able to work independently while also collaborating with a team
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Professional and confident when interacting with employees, customers, vendors, and community members
- Willingness to attend occasional events and activities outside of the normal office environment
- Ability to manage marketing needs across multiple locations
- Creative mindset with the ability to turn everyday company activities into engaging content
- 2+ years of experience in social media, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Experience managing business social media accounts
- Background check and electronic verification of employment eligibility through Form I-9 and the federal employment verification process
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling platforms, video editing tools, or similar marketing software
