Job Summary
Marketing Shift Manager responsible for supervising day-to-day operations of the Promotions department, overseeing bus operations and guest-related activities, coordinating promotions/events, managing staff performance and training, handling administrative tasks (invoices, purchase orders, records), and ensuring adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures. Must communicate effectively with guests and other departments, organize promotional events, manage customer accounts and incentive packages, and supervise Players Club Representatives and Guest Service Ambassadors while delivering exceptional customer service in a casino environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- Three years customer service experience required
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Marketing/ casino or gaming experience preferred
