Job Summary
Lead financial management of marketing and overhead costs for Yoplait UK, including monthly close, estimates and budget processes; act as the key finance partner to the Marketing team and UK functions; coordinate payroll cost reporting with HR; monitor marketing spend vs budget, identify variances, and provide analysis and recommendations to support decision-making; drive SG&A cost control and budget processes with UK leadership; ensure accuracy of cost reporting, allocations, accruals, and reporting; contribute to continuous improvement of P2P and financial processes; require qualified accountant with 5+ years in controlling and strong ERP (SAP) and Excel skills.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified accountant or finalist (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years experience in controlling, financial planning and analysis
- Experience with ERP and reporting tools (SAP)
- Strong Excel capability
- Ability to partner with non-finance teams, particularly Marketing
