Job Summary
Coordinate daily operations for the Marketing Services and Communications Departments, including managing off-property reservations, setting up convention groups in LMS, and processing player and executive bookings. Review all reservations for accuracy against player rating systems, handle Will Call preparations, and track travel agent commissions. Assist shift managers with training new representatives, directing incoming calls, and distributing event information while maintaining compliance with Seneca Gaming Corporation policies. Operate within a 24-hour schedule in a fast-paced casino environment, ensuring effective communication with staff, superiors, and patrons.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of six (6) months experience as a Marketing Services Representative
- Experience with ACSC, LMS, Q-Master phone system
- Scheduling flexibility
- Dependability
- Excellent quantifiable customer service skills
- Ability to operate a personal computer
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to work in an intense and fast paced environment
- High degree of concentration
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to write and speak routine correspondence
- Excellent knowledge of the English grammar, punctuation and spelling
- Ability to deal effectively and interact well with customers and employees
