Job Summary
Marketing & Sales Reporting Specialist (12 months Temporary) in Taguig, Metro Manila (Hybrid). Be part of a team that turns data into meaningful business insights by generating and analyzing reports for the Marketing – Strategic Insights teams; ensure documentation like Desktop Procedures and SOPs are complete; represent the M&S Reporting Team in meetings; implement continuous improvement to reporting processes; perform quality checks to ensure high-quality reports; support ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Line Manager. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years in FMCG/BPO/Shared Service; strong communication and presentation skills; proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; beginner to intermediate Power BI skills (building dashboards and DAX measures); nice-to-have experience with automation, SAP, SQL, and/or market research data.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in FMCG, BPO/Shared Service Center, or a similar industry.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage Marketing Directors and Strategic Insights managers.
- Good presentation skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Beginner to intermediate Power BI skills, including building dashboards and creating DAX measures.
- Nice to have: Experience with automation, macros, SAP, SQL, and/or market research data.
