Job Summary
Marketing & Sales Coordinator to support BUILD IT’s marketing, branding, communications, and sales efforts. Responsibilities include updating the company website with project updates and announcements; managing social media accounts for consistent brand alignment; developing and updating marketing collateral (brochures, posters, banners, presentations, one-pagers, project profiles); ensuring brand consistency across materials; managing merchandise fulfillment; capturing project photos/videos/testimonials; supporting recruitment marketing; conducting proactive outreach to prospective clients and partners via calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and events; generating and maintaining lead lists; coordinating next steps after outreach and events; preparing proposal packages and sales materials; maintaining CRM data, pipeline and follow-up tracking; coordinating logistics for client meetings, trade shows, conferences, and events; ensuring materials are current and polished for client conversations and business development opportunities; and collaborating cross-functionally to track marketing performance and activity.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, sales coordination, or coordinator role
Desired Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, sales coordination, business development support, or a coordinator role
- diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, website CMS platforms, social media scheduling tools, CRM systems, SEO basics, and AI-enabled content tools is an asset
- experience in construction, real estate, architecture, or design is a strong asset
