Job Summary
Conduct tours of the community for potential residents, families, and placement agencies while maintaining admission records and solving family problems. Manage lead follow-ups via phone, email, and in-person visits to advance and close sales, ensuring suites are walkthrough-ready with Maintenance and Housekeeping before resident arrival. Provide new resident welcome and orientation, including welcome baskets and Ambassador introductions, while communicating move-in logistics to all departments. Assist in planning marketing events and actively work to retain current residents. Participate in in-service educational programs regarding psychosocial needs, community resources, and admission requirements. Work independently to represent MorningStar professionally, achieving occupancy goals with commission incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma
- Ability to drive
- Ability to conduct tours of the community
- Must be computer literate
- Ability to learn Resident/Marketing software
- Ability to handle confidential information and admission records
- Possess judgement capabilities
- Ability to work well with people including staff, residents, families and outside community
- Must be personable
- Must be friendly
- Must be able to work independently
Desired Qualifications
- Two years or more of college
