Conduct tours of the community for potential residents, families, and placement agencies while maintaining admission records and documents. Solve family problems, manage leads through prompt follow-up on calls and emails, and assist in advancing and closing sales to achieve occupancy goals. Walk through suites to ensure they are in good condition before resident arrival by coordinating with Maintenance and Housekeeping. Provide consistent new resident welcome and orientation practices, including welcome baskets and Resident Ambassador Introductions. Communicate all necessary information to departments regarding move-ins and move-outs, including elevator availability and meal times. Assist the Director of Community Relations in planning marketing events and actively work to retain all residents.
