Job Summary
Conduct rotational assignments across Field Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Market Research within Sanofi Vaccines' Commercial Operations. Acquire hands-on experience in vaccine commercialization, market processes, and selling skills while participating in development training sessions. Assess data and programs to drive product performance and translate cross-functional business insights into organizational effectiveness. Complete four rotations lasting 12-18 months each, beginning Summer 2027, with a requirement to relocate for the initial Field Sales assignment. Maintain an acceptable driving record and complete fleet safety training.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, Communication, Economics, Marketing, Psychology, Life Sciences, or a related field at an accredited university, with the expectation that you will graduate in the Spring 2027
- Willingness to relocate for a 12-18-month Field Sales rotation as part of the program
- Must be willing to relocate to our office location
- Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future
- Candidates must complete all fleet safety training and must maintain an acceptable driving record regarding accidents and incidents
Desired Qualifications
- Strong interest in marketing and/or sales
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Prior related experience through internships or co-ops
- Demonstrated leadership skills thought clubs, volunteerism, or other activities
- Desire and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to successfully manage a multi-project workload
- Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to change
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
