Job Summary
Marketing & Retail Manager:in koordinierst Marketing- und Retail-Aktivitäten über Online-, Offline- und E-Commerce-Kanäle, verknüpfst Digital, E-Commerce, Social Media und Filialen zu einer nahtlosen Markenführung, steilst Budgets, KPIs und Kampagnen von Idee bis Umsetzung, und arbeitest eng mit Geschäftsleitung, E-Commerce und Partnern zusammen. Fokus liegt auf Steigerung der Kundenfrequenz, lokaler Kampagnen, Eventkoordination, Markenauftritt und bereichsübergreifender Abstimmung zur kommerziellen Performance in einem wachsenden Schweizer Retail-Unternehmen; Einstieg per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung. Anforderungen: 2-5 Jahre relevante Erfahrung, Deutsch und Französisch zwingend, Kenntnisse in CMS/PIM/CRM von Vorteil, Budget- und KPI-Kompetenzen; Travel/Arbeitsumfeld variiert je nach Rolle.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Marketing, Retail, E-Commerce or a related role
- Proficiency in German and French (mandatory); English advantageous
- Experience with CMS, PIM, or CRM systems
- Strong budgeting, KPI analysis, and performance reporting
- Structured, autonomous work style with ability to manage multiple parallel projects
- Collaborative experience with Digital, E-Commerce, Social Media, Offline Marketing, Graphics, Photography, Stores, and Management
- Interest in connecting online, offline, and store operations for a unified brand presence
