Job Summary
Internship in Marketing & Retail with Lomography's Online team in Vienna (Voluntary traineeship). Responsibilities include supporting marketing and sales campaigns focused on Nordics and Netherlands markets; researching potential collaborative partners in media, photography, fashion, and music; writing and publishing features for the Lomography online magazine; researching distribution partners and customers in the Nordics & Netherlands; helping coordinate the Lomography Nordics Community; managing press contacts and press database; promoting Lomography and its projects within the community. Requirements include fluent English, native Dutch/Swedish/Danish, strong knowledge of the Nordic/Netherlands markets and cultural scenes, current or recent studies in Marketing/Journalism/Media/Art/Creative Multimedia/Business, and familiarity with Office and basic Photoshop/photo editing skills. The role offers exposure to a young, international team in Vienna and a monthly stipend of 550 EUR for up to 5 months.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Native in Dutch, Swedish or Danish
- Must be well aware of the Scandinavian and Netherlands market, trends, artist & cultural scene
- Graduating in Marketing, Journalism/Media, Art/Creative Multimedia, Business, or equivalent
- Experience with analogue photography is a big plus
- Interest for all things creative and outgoing personality
- Familiar with Office pack, some basics with Photoshop or any photo editing tools/apps are a plus
- Media-savvy, digital native
