Job Summary
Marketing & Resident Experience Specialist at The 515 focuses on maximizing occupancy and revenue through integrated leasing and marketing efforts. Responsibilities include conducting property tours, coordinating move-ins and room assignments, developing and executing lease-up events and resident programs, generating engaging social media content, auditing property websites and listings, producing required reports, building relationships with local businesses and university partners, and collaborating with service teams to maintain curb appeal and community standards. The role supports both leasing and marketing functions, emphasizing customer service, communication, and organizational skills to drive occupancy and resident engagement in a student housing environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience in leasing, marketing, or sales
- Experience in reading, analyzing and interpreting general business correspondence and leasing documents
- Experience writing routine reports and correspondence
- Prior experience in the student housing industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or similar field preferred
- Social media experience preferred
