Job Summary
Onsite Marketing Representative for The Meadows in Hartford, CT and Toyota Oakdale Theatre in Wallingford, CT, supporting Live Nation’s onsite marketing efforts. Responsibilities include escorting and directing photographers/videographers to approved areas, creating and posting real-time event coverage on venue social media (Instagram Stories), capturing high-quality clips, monitoring comments/messages, staying current with Instagram trends, coordinating with house photographer to ensure content quality, collaborating across Premium Seating, Ancillary Team, and Food & Beverage to highlight venue offerings, ensuring signage and digital displays are current, and assisting with general venue duties as directed by the General Manager. Ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), proven Instagram account management experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Instagram accounts
- Music knowledge or interest in events
- Creative and proactive mindset
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to troubleshoot and work in a fast-paced environment
