Job Summary
Represent All Weather Seal at retail stores, home shows, trade shows, festivals, and community events by greeting homeowners and educating them about windows, bathroom remodeling, and roofing services. Generate qualified leads, schedule free in-home consultations, and collect customer information into company systems while maintaining an organized display area. Achieve individual and team lead generation goals through friendly, professional engagement. Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.
