Marketing Representative – Home Health Company: Physician’s Choice Home Health

Develop, manage, and grow referral relationships throughout the Salem territory and surrounding Marion/Polk County areas. Educate referral sources on Physician’s Choice Home Health services, admission criteria, and clinical programs. Actively manage the territory with structured call planning and consistent in-person visits. Achieve monthly referral and census growth goals. Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure smooth patient transitions and high satisfaction. Track referrals, activities, and outcomes using CRM and internal reporting tools. Represent the organization at community events, healthcare networking functions, and professional meetings. Ensure full compliance with federal and Oregon state regulations, including anti-kickback and referral laws. Travel throughout the Salem territory. Requirements include a minimum of 2 years of healthcare marketing or sales experience (preferably in home health, hospice, or post-acute care), knowledge of home health eligibility and referral workflows, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. A valid Oregon driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
