Job Summary
Maintain a professional atmosphere while assisting guests, players, and Slot Hosts with requests in a timely manner. Explain and market the Bally's Rewards program to new casino guests, actively enrolling members and evaluating play to issue complementary amenities. Utilize the Player Tracking System to input player information, issue cards, and stay informed about slot and table game activities. Comply with all company policies, Colorado Gaming rules, and regulations while performing other job-related duties as requested. This role requires a gaming license, six months of experience, and availability for weekends, weeknights, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Colorado Division of Gaming
- six months of related experience and training
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- proficient in the entire Microsoft Suite
- able to learn other software systems easily
- work weekends weeknights and holidays
