Job Summary
Conduct in-depth interviews with prospective residents, explain community amenities and routines, and provide definitive follow-up to inquiries to secure residency agreements. Generate leads through telemarketing, seminars, and office procedures, then direct move-in processes and coordinate communications for new residents. Maintain accurate records for residents and referral sources using the CRM database while monitoring marketplace trends to adjust marketing strategies. Prepare weekly marketing recaps and daily census summaries, actively participate in resident orientation practices, and serve as the primary liaison for prospective resident families.
Required Qualifications
- A continuous and consistent demonstrated interest in and knowledge about the elderly and their needs and the competency to meet those needs on a consistent basis.
- An interest in and willingness to learn and a demonstrated initiative in developing skills in caring for the elderly consistent with the philosophy and policies of the community.
- Demonstrate loyalty to this community.
- Be a positive and cooperative team player with peers and subordinates.
- Demonstrate ability to appropriately delegate responsibility with necessary authority without relinquishing his / her overall responsibility and accountability for the delegated task.
- Demonstrate ability to identify problems in a timely manner, develop effective resolutions to those problems and ensure implementation of the proposed resolution, confirm results and revise as necessary.
- A minimum of three (1) years prior experience in a senior marketing or management position with an operating Senior Living community or related business.
- High school diploma, higher education, and accompanied by specific training and / or certification in elder care, health administration and management activities.
- Neat, professional, courteous manner and appearance.
