Job Summary
Marketing Representative / Business Development Specialist in Nashville is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referral partners (plumbers, property managers, insurance agents, adjusters, realtors, and others), conducting daily in-person visits, attending networking events and trade shows, delivering marketing materials, generating and managing new business opportunities, following up with partners to strengthen relationships, supporting social media content and community engagement, and maintaining accurate records of activities and lead generation. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, networking, sales-driven mindset, self-motivation, organizational skills, ability to travel throughout the Nashville service area, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel daily throughout the Nashville service area
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
