Job Summary
Drive territory financial results by meeting revenue and profitability goals using Salesforce to track plan versus actuals. Manage agent quality, loss ratios, and claim frequencies while rehabilitating underperformers and growing them to higher tiers. Aggressively source and appoint new silver and gold agents, working with field training to ensure rapid production ramp-up. Maintain accurate Salesforce records, validate critical agency data quarterly, and keep feature and benefit analyses current against competitors. Oversee audit results, discount management, and incentive communications while monitoring contact bounce rates to stay below 5%. Travel up to 90% within the designated territory, including overnight flights, and work Saturdays as required.
Required Qualifications
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to bond with agents
- Demonstrated ability to overcome objections
- The ability to successfully train on products and systems
- High School Diploma or GED
- A P&C license in the territory state
- The ability to work Saturdays
- The ability to travel without aid within the designated territory
- May be required to travel up to 80% to 90% within a territory and to the various corporate offices, including overnight travel by air and/or ground carrier
- Regularly subjected to changing priorities, time pressures, and constraints, and a high level of job-related
- Regularly required to talk or hear in order to gather and present information
Desired Qualifications
- Sales and Customer Relationship Management experience
- Geographical Territory Management experience
- 1 - 2 years of industry experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish capabilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with specific knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to maintain the highest level of discretion, diplomacy, and confidentiality
