Job Summary
Represent All Weather Seal at retail stores, home shows, trade shows, festivals, and community events by greeting homeowners, educating them on windows, bathroom remodeling, and roofing services, and generating qualified leads. Schedule free in-home consultations, collect and enter customer information into company systems, and maintain an organized, inviting booth or display area. Achieve individual and team lead generation goals while participating in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings. This role requires a friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. No sales experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training and support for motivated individuals.
