Job Summary
Represent All Weather Seal at retail stores, home shows, trade shows, festivals, and community events in the Petoskey area. Greet homeowners and educate them about windows, bathroom remodeling, and roofing services while generating qualified leads and scheduling free in-home consultations. Collect customer information into company systems and maintain an organized, attractive booth or display area. Achieve individual and team lead generation goals by participating in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings. This role offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules with an hourly base pay of $15–$35 plus uncapped performance bonuses.
