Job Summary
Represent All Weather Seal at retail stores, home shows, trade shows, festivals, and community events throughout the Lansing area. Greet and engage homeowners in a friendly manner while educating them on windows, bathroom remodeling, and roofing services. Generate qualified leads, schedule free in-home consultations, and collect customer information into company systems. Maintain an organized, attractive booth or display area and work toward individual and team lead generation goals. Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings. This role requires reliable transportation and the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
