Job Summary
Front-line dealer onboarding and admin support responsible for growing and maintaining the dealer registration base, organizing daily tasks and opportunities for growth. Maintain and update pending documents, research and communicate state requirements for dealer compliance, collect and verify documents daily, and notify dealers when items are missing or expired. Collaborate with management to develop best practices to simplify daily tasks and procedures. Requires strong data-entry, customer service, and computer skills; reliable, punctual, and able to effectively communicate with sales and marketing teams; leadership skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Spanish-speaking ability is preferred. This is a full-time, in-person role with a Monday-Friday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Data entry experience
- Customer Service experience (Preferred)
- Strong computer proficiency
- Reliable and punctual
- Professional communication
- Flexible schedule on weekdays
