Job Summary
Own the entire lifecycle of recruiting from kicking off new searches through job description development, evaluation strategy building, and sourcing to closing candidates. Provide a seamless recruiting process for various hiring managers, engineering teams, and business units while partnering with HRBPs, Finance, Talent Programs, Compensation, and I&D to ensure a holistic approach. Prioritize and delegate open headcount in partnership with your manager and execute unique sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pools. Offer mentorship on recruiting best practices and act as a talent advisor to client business partners.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years of full cycle recruiting experience
- 2+ years of experience partnering with hiring stakeholders
- Experience building strategic partnerships with hiring teams and cross functional team members

- A desire and aptitude in building organizations that take into account holistic team composition and long term vision
