Job Summary

Conduct marketing control and quality reviews throughout the marketing lifecycle, performing in-line file audits, process monitoring, and productivity reporting to prevent errors and mitigate risk. Extract and interpret data from various sources using tools like WinSQL and Databricks to support business reporting and quality risk validations. Review campaign data for strategy adherence, providing feedback or approval before deployment. Measure and optimize the marketing control framework to enhance quality of marketing output while keeping robust documentation of activities. Support identifying and developing additional quality assurance processes and key performance metrics to fill process gaps and prevent future risk. Participate in extracurricular projects to provide insights as the marketing ecosystem evolves.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years experience working with excel to evaluate data
  • Credit card, retail, or Banking industries with a focus on Marketing Operations or Campaign Management or Quality Assurance
  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Information Technology or related field of study or equivalent
  • Relevant work experience
  • International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB)
  • Certified Agile Tester (CAT)
  • Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP)
  • Chartered Market Technician (CMT)
  • 3-5 years domain functional testing experience
  • Work authorization in the United States on a full time basis without the need for any sponsorship
  • Must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily
  • Meet physical, mental and work environment requirements

Desired Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Finance or related area of study
  • 4+ years experience with data mining tools (SAS, SQL, and Microsoft Access), analyzing marketing performance, quality assurance, driving marketing efficiency, extracting data from various sources, and writing queries
  • Extract, analyze, and reconcile large volumes of customer, operational, and financial data using WinSQL and Databricks to support business reporting, process improvements, quality risk validations for marketing activity
  • Demonstrated interest and experience in generative AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and Databricks Genie, to drive process automation, audit transformation, and operational efficiency
  • Master's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology or related field of study or equivalent
  • 5-8 years domain functional testing experience
