Job Summary
Marketing Qualification Specialist responsible for qualifying marketing-generated leads and advancing customers through the early-stage buying funnel. Manage and maintain a healthy MQL-to-SQL funnel, maintain CRM data accuracy, and cultivate multiple early-stage hardware sales opportunities by providing product-specific information to keep prospects engaged. Build rapport with prospects and customers, understand current marketing initiatives and product mix, and work across time zones. Role located on-site in Mumbai, with eligibility for remote work arrangements; travel up to 5% may be required. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (science preferred) and strong written communication for digital-first engagement; experience with CRM/marketing systems and qualification skills is a plus. Explore AI tools experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a science discipline
- Ability to travel for occasional business meetings – 5%
- Proven understanding of tactical customer qualification skills and progressing customers through the buying cycle
