Marketing QA and Research Analyst

Job Summary
Quality Assurance of multi-channel marketing communications (email, SMS, push, in-app, and web); become SME on marketing materials for accuracy and consistency; lead campaign development from creative requests to setup across teams; review content and functionality for clarity and ease of use; coordinate and manage creative requests; ensure marketing content meets customer needs; implement testing strategies to optimize performance. Lead market, player, and product research initiatives to support strategic planning and competitive positioning; analyze player behavior, game performance, and market trends to identify growth opportunities; produce high-quality reports and executive-ready insights that influence product roadmaps and promotional strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of marketing experience preferred
- 5-8+ years of experience in data analytics, QA, research, or related fields; experience in online gaming, lotteries, or regulated digital industries is a strong asset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Some travel required
