Job Summary
Marketing & Pursuit Coordinator responsible for coordinating proposals, qualifications packages, interview materials, market research, and CRM data management to support INVISION's growth. Duties include developing and submitting proposals, tracking RFQ/RFP deadlines, organizing project information and resumes, conducting market and client research, maintaining marketing databases and branding materials, supporting Unanet CRM data, and producing written and visual materials for client presentations and pursuits. Requires strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills, exceptional organization, the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign; experience with CRM systems (Unanet preferred) and digital asset management is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, proposal coordination, or related professional services environment
- Experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industry is preferred but not required
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience using Adobe InDesign for proposals and marketing collateral
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and information management systems; Unanet CRM is a plus
- Experience managing digital assets, project information, and marketing content libraries
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow
