Job Summary
Identify and resolve service issues for referring physicians, staff, and patients while acting as the liaison between operations management, corporate management, and billing departments. Provide turnkey services to physician offices and managed care organizations, maintaining special assignment accounts and keeping sales, operations, and radiologists updated on issue status. Coordinate effective office visits to educate new and existing offices on enhancements, new studies, and advances, aiming to increase referral volume and maintain the community image as cutting-edge experts. Effectively manage the assigned territory and ensure timely turnaround of all service concerns. Requires a California driver's license and good driving record.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Professional customer service skills
- Good overall clerical skills
- Detail oriented and organized
- Must be able to interact effectively and professionally with doctors, referring doctors, patients, vendors, peers, staff and management
- Should posses current California driver's license and good driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 1 year experience in healthcare
- Knowledge of preparing, and interpreting spreadsheets and reports
- Managed care contracting experience is highly desirable
- Good selling skills is highly desirable
- Bilingual is a PLUS!
