Job Summary
Marketing Project Manager responsible for end-to-end management of literature lifecycle, including updates and version control, maintaining metadata/taxonomy for content assets, and coordinating workflow between creative, compliance, and production teams. Oversees print production workflows (Litho & Print on Demand), manages vendors and quality control for printed materials, and coordinates logistics, shipping, and distribution across locations. Requires leadership across multiple teams, deep knowledge of print/digital printing techniques, and experience with content governance and taxonomy. Nice-to-have: AI tooling proficiency to optimize drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. The role emphasizes process improvement and cross-functional collaboration within a high-impact, globally distributed environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with T.M. Storefront (Toppan Merrill) or similar
- Strong knowledge of print production (paper types, color profiles, finishing)
- Demonstrates ability to lead and manage projects across multiple teams or groups
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of digital and/or traditional printing techniques and processes, and ability to apply them to work assignments
- Experience in content governance, taxonomy, or literature management
- Workflow/traffic coordination experience
