Job Summary
Marketing Project Manager responsible for creating and managing statements of work, monitoring scope and budget against SOWs, developing and managing hours estimates, coordinating client setup in Advantage, organizing file management and documentation, maintaining timelines and task lists in project management software, facilitating internal and client meetings, and guiding agency processes and account communications. The role involves coordinating with account teams to track campaign timelines, ensure timely client invoicing and reconciliation, and supporting the delivery of media plans and creative assets within a hybrid office environment across multiple U.S. locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, degree or concentration in advertising, marketing or communications preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 1 year equivalent experience in marketing or advertising positions including internship experience.
Additional Requirements
