Job Summary
Marketing Project Manager responsible for developing and managing statements of work for clients, outlining agency services and compensation, and minimizing risk. Drives hours estimates, tracks and reports on time allocations, and manages invoicing and billing status. Facilitates client setup in Advantage (including job numbers, campaign codes, and media plans), organizes and maintains files, and builds campaign timelines. Leads internal and client meetings, ensures timely deliverables, and coordinates budget oversight including media authorizations and fee sheets. Collaborates with account teams to manage scope, timelines, and reconciliations within a 60-day window after campaign completion. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 1 year of marketing/advertising experience; visa sponsorship is not available; must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in advertising, marketing or communications preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 1 year equivalent experience in marketing or advertising positions including internship experience.
