Job Summary
Lead coordination of earned marketing projects for The Times, collaborating with marketers, cross-functional partners, and external agencies to define scope, timelines, and budgets; develop and own project timelines; manage deliverables from ideation through completion; facilitate kickoffs, stand-ups, retrospectives, and postcampaign improvements; ensure brand consistency and quality across multichannel marketing campaigns; require 5+ years of PM experience, strong cross-functional collaboration, and familiarity with PM tools like Monday.com; hybrid role based in NYC with 3 days in the office.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Experience navigating cross-functional relationships
- Background in advertising and PR agencies
- Understanding of print, digital, email, social media, video and experiential program components
- Familiarity with project management software such as Monday.com
