Marketing Project Manager

Job Summary
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage marketing campaigns from planning through execution for the Kazakhstan market. Develop project timelines, ensure timely delivery, and collaborate with local stakeholders to drive business growth. Manage campaign launches, promotional activities, and product marketing initiatives while monitoring progress, identifying risks, and resolving issues proactively. Ensure marketing materials are localized and aligned with regional needs, coordinate external vendors, and track performance to prepare actionable post-campaign reports. Maintain documentation and communicate status to stakeholders while continuously improving workflows. Work remotely from our Armenia office, supporting the Kazakhstan team with native Russian and good English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, or campaign management
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Russian – Native proficiency
- Armenian – Good working proficiency
- English – Good working proficiency
