Job Summary
Lead and coordinate pan-European marketing projects, align Global Marketing strategy with regional/local execution, drive best-practice sharing and standardization across European markets, manage market penetration initiatives and coordinate New Product Introductions (NPI) across EU sub-zones, and provide transparent reporting and stakeholder updates. Requires 5+ years in marketing, international/regional project management experience, strong project management, strategic thinking, KPI-driven analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and English fluency; hybrid work arrangement in Warsaw, Poland.
