Job Summary
Marketing Project Manager at Biller Genie to own end-to-end commercialization content across payments and franchise partner channels. You’ll drive the creation of partner-facing materials (pitch decks, onboarding overviews, co-branded one-pagers, positioning briefs, joint value propositions, leave-behind assets), coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of all partner-facing touchpoints. Own project management of the full commercialization process, maintain visibility into all deliverables, align content with product and go-to-market strategy, and optimize content operations through templates and modular frameworks. Will partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to translate internal capabilities into partner-ready messaging and support initial launches, ongoing program expansion, and joint go-to-market activities.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing project management, content production, or marketing coordinator role — ideally in a B2B environment
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent projects and tasks without losing detail, quality, or momentum
- Strong ability to absorb business context quickly and translate it into clear, well-structured marketing content
- Excellent written communication skills; you write crisply, structure content logically, and produce work that requires minimal revision
- Experience coordinating cross-functional work across multiple teams and stakeholders with competing priorities
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Notion, or similar) and a track record of building systems that actually get used
- A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset — you identify what needs to happen next and make it happen without waiting to be asked
